Message: Last year we moved into a condo owned by a "friend". We took it with the understanding she was not paying her mortgage and knew eventually foreclosure was inevetiable. I underwent major back surgery in Feb and came home to find that she was beginning eviction procedures. We have spent almost $5,000 fixing leaking plumbing and an overloaded breaker box as she refused to make any repairs. We are not in a financial position to move and are barely getting by now due to my surgery. I had to return to work early, less than 4 weeks post op, but am not back to fulltime. Please pray for us.
